ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open to all residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older as of time of entry. Employees of GlaxoSmithKline, Cohn & Wolfe, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited by law.
RANDOM DRAWINGS: Drawings will be conducted on dates indicated in Rule #1 by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Potential Grand Prize winner will be selected on 1/11/08 and will be notified by telephone. The sponsor will make 3 attempts to contact the potential Grand Prize winner via phone within 24 hours from the time winner selection was accomplished. If sponsor is unable to reach the potential Grand Prize winner within this time frame, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected. No messages will be left on answering machines or voicemail. If a potential Grand Prize winner indicated "No Phone" on his/her entry, he/she will be contacted via overnight mail. Weekly winners will be notified by certified mail and must respond within 24 hours. Odds of winning a weekly prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received by the end of each weekly entry period. Odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received by the promotion closing date.
PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: (1) Grand Prize-Winner's choice of either a 2-day/1-night trip for two to Dallas, TX including roundtrip coach air transportation from major airport nearest winner's home, hotel accommodations (double occupancy), ground transportation to/from hotel/stadium in destination city, $200 spending money plus the opportunity for winner to meet Troy Aikman, former professional quarterback. All accommodations and transportation selected by D.L. Blair, Inc. Prize also includes lunch with Troy Aikman (subject to Troy's availability) and an autographed jersey ($3,500; the actual retail value of the prize will depend on winner's point of departure/return.) Winner and guest are solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to meals, souvenirs and other incidentals and items of a personal nature; OR an "Ultimate Football Entertainment" Package to watch the big football game including a 50" flat-screen plasma TV including a surround sound, a propane gas grill, a cooler, and $150 in gift certificates for steak (gift certificate not redeemable for cash) ($3,600); (12) Weekly Prizes (1 per week)-An Official leather game ball autographed by Troy Aikman ($100 each). There is no retail value associated with the autograph portion of any prize. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Limit one weekly prize per person.
GENERAL RULES: Potential Grand Prize winner (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor in his/her state) must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and where legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 5 days of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected, if time permits. Traveling companion (or parent/legal guardian if traveling companion is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) must also complete a Release of Liability to be postmarked within (5) days of winner's attempted notification. If winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence, winner's parent/legal guardian will be required to accompany winner on trip and will count as the winner's guest. If a minor is selected as a traveling companion, winner must be his/her parent/legal guardian. All travelers must possess required travel documents (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to departure. All travelers must agree to depart and return on dates specified by the Sponsor; dates of departure and return are subject to change. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners and winner's traveling companion. By accepting prize, winners and winner's traveling companion (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor in his/her state) agree to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees, assigns, and agencies harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners and winner's traveling companion (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor in his/her state/province of residence) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners' and winner's traveling companion names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners' list, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor in his/her state/province of residence) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges' decisions which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between the Official Rules or any promotional materials, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the promotion or in the announcement of the prizes. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.

In the event of termination, the drawing will be conducted to award all remaining prizes from among all eligible online entries received prior to termination. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods.
